The Seattle Office of Economic Development (OED) needed to get fresh produce into small, neighborhood stores. Small businesses that participated in the OED “Healthy Foods Here” program received comprehensive business assistance along with the ability to provide new products, including fresh fruits and veggies. We were hired to refresh the participating businesses’ brands and reintroduce them to the community as a go-to store for healthy foods. With our understanding of culture and customer behavior, we developed a successful series of events, prompting people to buy healthy foods here – in their neighborhood.
